YCGS meetings are held on the first Saturday of every month except July, August and December. Our September meeting is held on the second Saturday due to the Labor Day holiday.

Meetings are held in the First Federal Board Room, located at 111 NE Third Street, between Adams and Baker, across from the First Federal Building.  Parking in the First Federal lot.

9:30 am - 12:00 noon.

HISTORY:  The Yamhill County Genealogical Society was founded in 1981 by some very dedicated genealogists and we endeavor to continue the organization in that spirit. 

MISSION STATEMENT:  The purpose of this organization is to educate Society members and the public in genealogical research and to record and preserve genealogical and historical records.

OBJECTIVES:  To instruct members in research through monthly educational meetings, to create an interest in genealogical and historical material, and to publish genealogical and historical records.
